Silver Purse – No Photo

The Piece in question is a silver purse. It is Russian Silver made in Moscow between 1880  and 1890. George slaying a dragon and the ’84’ purity mark, with the maker’s mark of GK – Gustav Klingert. The piece is 8,1cm long, 5,6cm across and 2cm deep. The purse has a ribbed surface and the inside was green silk. On the inside front rim is engraved a name in Hebrew as well as the date 7.1.25. The piece weighed about 95g.
